EZ Kitchen's Design & Build Process for Your Dream Kitchen:

1. Initial Consultation:

- The process begins with a remote consultation via phone and video to understand your concepts, designs, and ideas for your dream kitchen.

- This helps us get a clear understanding of your requirements and how you envision using your new kitchen.

2. Kitchen Simulation:

- EZ Kitchen has a phone app that allows us to simulate your kitchen design, giving you a visual representation of how it will look.

- This helps you visualize the final outcome and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

3. Material Selection and Costing:

- After finalizing the design, we work on selecting the materials and hardware for your kitchen.

- We provide you with a detailed quotation that includes the cost of materials and labor.

4. Processing and Deposit:

- Once you accept the final design and quotation, we begin processing the materials and preparing them for installation.

- We collect a 60% deposit to start the job and secure the required materials.

5. Project Management:

- If you do not have a project manager, we offer assistance in project management at an additional cost, depending on the scope of work.

- This ensures a smooth and organized execution of the project.

6. Cabinet Installation:

- Once the site is ready, our team proceeds with the installation of the cabinets.

- We ensure that the cabinets are properly leveled and aligned for a perfect fit.

7. Benchtop Templating:

- Our benchtop templating team comes in to take precise measurements, considering the sink, tap positions, cooktop cutout, and other requirements.

- This ensures accurate customization and a seamless integration of the benchtop.

8. Payment and Final Adjustments:

- Before dispatching the benchtop, we collect another 35% payment.

- Once the benchtop is installed, our cabinet team waits for any flooring work to be completed.

- Afterward, we add toe kicks and make final adjustments to the cabinet doors.

9. Client Walkthrough and Sign-off:

- We walk you through the completed kitchen setup, making sure everything meets your expectations.

- Once you are satisfied, we proceed with signing off the project, followed by the final 5% balance payment.

10. Cleaning and Handover:

- Upon request, we can arrange for a deep cleaning session at an additional cost.

- Alternatively, we will visit the site to take pictures and conduct a video interview with you as we hand over the kitchen.

- We value your feedback and make sure you are fully satisfied with the final result.
